The 14 gauge skull belly ring is made from carved water buffalo horn and 316L stainless steel with external threading. The skull is fixed to the barbell. Only the ball end is removable. We recommend removal for bathing/showering, sleeping, etc. These are delicate relative to other body jewelry materials and not made for extended wear.
